Dr. Anthony Corsini
TRT, Weight Loss
Meet Anthony Corsini, CDR, USN (Ret.), DO, MHS
Medicine is his profession. Helping people feel better is his passion. Dr. Anthony Corsini is board certified in Clinical Pathology, Anatomic Pathology, and Cytopathology, with experience in laboratory medicine, ambulatory and primary care medicine and psychiatry. His medical journey began through service, first in the U.S. Army as a laboratory specialist and combat medic and later in the U.S. Navy after entering medical school, subsequently serving for 25 years in healthcare.
But his passion for wellness is also deeply personal. Living with diabetes has given Dr. Corsini a different perspective—not only as a physician, but as a patient. Through the right combination of medication, better nutrition, regular exercise, and meaningful lifestyle changes, he has experienced firsthand how much our everyday choices can influence how we feel and function.
That experience is an important part of the philosophy behind Bayside Wellness & Vitality, the practice he shares with his wife, Vanessa. Together, they believe healthcare should feel personal. They take the time to listen, understand the whole person, and look beyond individual symptoms—considering medical history, laboratory findings, nutrition, exercise, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and the many factors that can influence health and weight loss.
For Dr. Corsini, the goal isn’t perfection or a quick fix. Weight loss management and functional nutrition are a process and require patience along the way. It’s helping people understand their health, giving them the right tools, and supporting realistic changes that can help them feel better, function better, and live out their lives with greater vitality.

My Journey. My Why.
“Our bodies are our gardens; our wills are our gardeners.” — William Shakespeare
Bayside Wellness & Vitality grew from my own search for answers.
For years, I struggled with gut issues, migraines, metabolic concerns, stress, and the effects of difficult seasons in my life. While medication has an important place in healthcare, I often found myself asking a different question:
Why am I feeling this way, and what else could be contributing to it?
What I felt was missing was someone taking the time to connect the pieces—my nutrition, digestion, stress, sleep, movement, environment, and what was happening in my life—and looking at how they might all be influencing the way I felt.
That realization led me on my own journey to better understand nutrition, gut health, movement, sleep, stress, and how deeply connected these areas are.
As I learned to better understand and support my own body, I discovered a passion for helping others do the same.
That passion became Bayside Wellness & Vitality.
Today, my goal is to create the kind of experience I once wished I had—one where you feel heard, your story matters, and we take the time to look at the bigger picture.
Because your nutrition matters. Your sleep matters. Your stress matters. Your gut health matters.
And your story matters.
Minha Jornada. Meu Propósito.
“Nossos corpos são nossos jardins; nossas vontades são nossos jardineiros.” — William Shakespeare
